Interview with Representative Nobuo Takahashi

This is an interview video with Takahashi Nobuo, CEO of Bara Corporation.

About Bara Corporation

The rose means courage.

We operate restaurants such as charcoal grilled yakitori restaurants, ramen izakayas, and bakeries in the area from Toyocho, Koto Ward to Kinshicho, Sumida Ward .。

Bara Corporation Ltd. strives to create a comfortable restaurant with the philosophy of “triple win” – a win-win situation for customers, vendors, and staff.
In 1991, the previous owner, Hide Toshiaki, left Yakitori Daikichi and founded Charcoal Grilled Yakitori Ishokujuku Hana.
After that, in 1998, the Ogibashi store opened, followed by the Kikugawa Station store and the Toyocho Station store.

In 2017, we launched a new ramen and pub concept called “Menya Baraichi,” and in 2018, we opened two new establishments, “Taisho Sakaba Hana” and “Menya Barao.” We
currently operate a total of six izakaya and ramen establishments, including three “Sumiyaki Yakitori Hana” locations in the downtown Koto Ward.
We strive to create stores that bring smiles to the faces of our customers, vendors, and staff, and provide services that are rooted in the local community.

University: Graduated from the Faculty of Commerce, Senshu University

Career

After graduating from university, he joined Aoyama (Aoyama Trading Co., Ltd.) and worked there for two years.
He then joined Bara Corporation. He
has been in the food and beverage industry for 30 years, and has developed multiple ramen and yakitori restaurants, while providing restaurant management and consulting services based on his practical know-how in increasing sales and developing human resources.
